Kathleen
Keliher has been in Oregon since 1998,
residing in Bend for 9 years, and now recently
moved to Portland.
She works “plein air” in the summer and fall and can often be
seen along the rivers and trails creating small oil and pastel sketches to use
as reference for her larger studio paintings. When not painting, Kathleen
works as a registered nurse, and also teaches continuing education art
classes at the local community college. She is former president of the Plein
Air Painters of Oregon and a member of the High Desert Art League. Her work
can be found in public and private collections throughout the United States.
